I want to complete I Put a Spell on You in the NCRs favor by disarming the monorail bomb, the problem is that my rep with them is "Sneering Punk" and I'm not normally allowed near the monorail room. Will I still be able to save it?

Wear NCR armor and they let you in, no questions asked.
