I've done a quick search for answers, but turned up nothing. I'm trying to do the quest "I Put a Spell on You," in which I have to meet up with a legion spy inside Fort Mcsomething. The problem I'm having is that I'm KoS with the NCR, and I can't speak with the spy at all. If I wear NCR faction armor to get in, he's hostile to me. If I sneak in, he's also hostile to me. Is there anything I can do? Grinding up NCR rep isn't an option; I killed pretty much every NCR character outside this fort for Legion fame.
