Putting Topic dialogue back into the game

So the patches appeared to remove some of the companions "chatty" remarks. My issue is that I'd rather they were decreased in frequency rather than removed entirely, or not removed at all.

I'm a complete noob when it comes to doing anything more than altering "Settings" in the Geck, so I have no idea if it's even possible to alter it so companions will say certain things again. I've done some searching re:dialogue in the game, and I can click on a companion name in Geck and pull up their dialogues, and find, say, the Topic lines I no longer hear in-game, but the scripting that appears associated with them appears no different than for the ones that are still voiced/working in the game. eg, (getid....) and priority and Random settings. Exactly the same, so there's nothing to "change back."

So..is it possible to restore, and if so, can you point me in the right direction as to how? Do I need to make an entirely new script that points back to the dialogue somehow? Or is not possible and I should stop wasting my time trying to figure out how...
