Quality normal mode?

Guy,I have an important question that affect the way I create my props for Skyrim,the question is:

The Creation Kit support the "Quality Normal Mode" from the 3pointstudios ? O_o

Given that Bethesda is listed as one of their clients I'd say yes it supports "Quality Normal Mode"
