Quest "Bound Until Death" won't start

So I've completed "The Silence Has Been Broken", go talk to Astrid, she informs me about the next quest, but it won't show up in the journal. Tried messing around with the usual console commands, but to no avail. Latest patch is installed. Any suggestions?

Read this somwhere else:
If you have started the civil war questline for the stormcloaks but have not finished the battle for Solitude, Astrid will not give you the next quest.
I had joined the empire, though. So I finished that questline first, but it's still not working...
