I've got a couple of quest-breakers to report. I don't know if they've been reported before, or if this is even the correct place to do it. Hopefully someone can move this topic if its in the wrong place, or delete it if it's been reported already.

1) Blood on the Ice
Will not trigger no matter what. Nilsine is still alive and I've visited Windhelm multiple times between the hours of 7pm and 7am. I tried this before and after taking over Windhelm with the Empire.

2) Lost to the Ages (DG)
Reading "The Aetherium Wars" does not add the misc objective "Investigate Arkngthamz" to my quest list. Katria's journal is not on or near her body. Even after manually gathering the four aetherium shards and traveling to Bthalft, Katria does not show up and I cannot activate the Dwemer device to gain access to the Aetherium Forge.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Maybe even a response from a Bethesda employee?
