Quest diversity(or lack there-of)

Too many of the quests in NV are inter-changable and not memorable at all.

I'd really like to see more objective-based quests, specifically(but not limited to) time-sensitive ones. If there's one thing the Fallout universe doesn't have, it's any sense of urgency. Of course, 99% of the time, I don't want time to be an issue, because that's not what fallout is about, but some quests really do call for it.

Some other types of quests I'd like to see are large-scale defense quests(think goodsprings times 20), prisoner capture(let's say out of a base of 20 enemies, you have to capture at least 3 by crippling their legs and then hand-cuffing them, which would be a special quest item), or quests that involve only being allowed to take a limited number of weapons and ammo along(for example, only one two-handed and one one-handed weapon, and only two magazine/charge-packs for each), for whatever reason.

I obviously haven't gotten very far in the story, but if FO3 is any indication, I'm not getting my hopes up for seeing much of these. Besides, even if they are in the game, they should be much more common.

Any ideas you guys wanna add are more than welcome
