Quest Evil in Waiting

Post » Tue Jun 12, 2012 9:23 pm

Holy death traps.

I'm doing the quest Evil in Waiting and it's way to high level for my character. When you have a horde of Death Scourge, Draugr Wight, Draugr Deathlords. And no ordinary Draugr anywhere you are in a Draugr death trap.

I'm lvl 8.

And I mean I'm killing these guys, but once you get me in a horde of them in close combat situations it's horrible.

Wait until you fight Hevnoraak. That basard killed me in 1 shot a few times. I had 250 hp and 15% magic resistance from Agent of Mara and he Killed me in 1 shot. I was playing on master. Seriously though that is some serious magic scaling.

And about the Draugr, there was a certain thieves guild quest I was on and I'm not joking, 90% of all the Draugr in the tomb were DEATHLORDS. A few scourges mixed in. I was in my late 30s with low combat skills. I was a THIEF not a fighter, and here I was expected to get through there. I did after over a dozen reloads. I couldn't sneak with my moron companion engaging in ever fight.

I'm only level 8. I'm sorta of fearing to fight Hevno. But I got this far I'm not leaving. I'm stubborn like that. But why so many scourges and wights and restless. It's nightmarish.

Well he is a Dragon priest, one of the hardest, if not the hardest, enemy in the game.

Well if I had more magic spells I'd be okay. Ice Rune, Fire Rune.

Deimos focuses on Illusion, Destruction, Reanimating the dead [Conjuration] and Restoration.

Some quests and fights are not meant to be easy at a low level...

Ask me how i know.

I know exactly what pace you are talking about. I had a similar character which i usually sneak past things with, but my companion was very clumsy. "Look, a trap. Dont go into it" and the next thing you know he has walked in to it himself  I used an unarmed khajiit. I had to cleverly use kiting and traps to get through.
