I have already Googled this and it does seem to a be a problem with without a fix... Hopefully this upcoming update might fix it... Fingers crossed.

This is near the same point, but different issue.


I have just finished talking to Chris after Jason Bright. He told me to get those nuclear rocket toys as well as parts for rocket. I also agreed to help sabotage to rocket. Anyway, No problems up to here except I left out via the manhole up to the surface and went to get the rockets and the parts. Then to return back down the manhole to find Chris not there.

He is visible on the map, my objectives are to return the rocket souvenirs to Chris + return the rocket parts to Chris... Both I imagine are the same marker which point just before the door to this control room. I have a pointer... But no Chris. I've tried sleeping for three days to reset the area but that only spawned more gouls.
The only other thing I figured might be worth a mention is that goul you meet further back in the basemant who was shooting the "deamons" was in the rocket place shooting me as an enemy for some reason. Also I cannot get down to the rocket place via that hatch in the control room. The only thing happening is bright follower walking around in a space suit.

PLEASE BE FIXED IN PS3 UPDATES!!!

Not fixed in 1.05, This quest is stuck and I cannot fail it to get rid of it
