After being arrested for my bounty in Solitude, I decide to break out of jail. I got everything out of the chest of my belongings, and the evidence chest, but my quest items are not showing in my inventory. The quest completion status in my journal shows the correct progress, but I don't see the items.

A couple of examples are the Stones of Barenziah and Kahvozein's Fang. They seem to be missing.
