Hello, I'm not much of a forum user but I hope this is the right place.

Story: I completed Blindsighted, handed in the Left Eye of the Falmer to Delvin then went out to collect Queen Bee Statue to hand it in then went out again to collect Bust of the Grey Fox, Honning Brew Decanter, East Empire Shipping Map, Model Ship, came back and handed them. Everything was fine until I set out the last time for the final item on the list: Dwemer Puzzle Cube. I obtained the item but there was no quest given to me like the other items. I went back to Delvin but there was no dialogue for the Dwemer Puzzle Cube to be handed in.

Notes: Played the game on the patch 1.4 (latest). I have also used uesp.net, elderscrolls.wikia.com and did some searching on the net for a fix but there isn't one.

I bought this game on full price, took the week off work, upgraded my Graphics Processor to GTX 580 just to play Skyrim and it really hurts me to find a bug like this.

I have stashed this item somewhere safe as an alternative solution, hoping to one day grab it again and have the quest appear for hand in. Perhaps with the next patch..

Okay, first of all, how do you know which items are required for this "quest?" There is no "Litany of Larceny" quest that appears in the journal, so you must be going off a wiki. Collecting and turning in the items in an order different from how they appear in the Thieves Guild questline is well documented on the uesp.net wiki as being buggy.

Second, if you turn in the items in order, after you turn in the Bust of the Gray Fox, the quest will be set at stage 75 (can check at the console by typing 'getstage TGLarceny'). It will stay at 75 until you loot/pick up the Left Eye of the Falmer, which is no longer flagged as a quest item in 1.4.21 (this may require a new game or TG quest line to be started under 1.4.21). When you pick up the Left Eye of the Falmer, you're done. No further entries appear in the journal. This was likely Bethesda's way of fixing this rather buggy series of miscellaneous quests.

If you updated to 1.4.21 while the TG quest line was in progress, you may be out of luck on receiving the fixes put in place by 1.4.21. In that case, you'll have to resort to using console commands to force the quest finished. Those commands can likely be found at the same place you found the list of items connected to this quest.

It is in the wikia and uesp. It appears in the journal under miscellaneous quest but in wikia and uesp it is titled litany of larceny.
