Im doing a quest, when i reach the chest, i get some stuff out it but then ive got everything and then nothing happends?! i get no announce with : QUest completed, and the arrow still aims on the chest, and there is nothing it it! what must i do?!

You could start by saying the name of the quest, but normally if it is a note, or something like that, you need to read it to update the quest.

edit, sorry you did say quest is steal the plans.
