Sorry if this issue has been discussed before, but I couldn't find anything about it, neither here nor through Google.

Anyway, I finished the quest "Under Saarthal" by talking to the Arch Mage, got my reward, and then: A surprising amount of nothing. Usually the next quest, "Hitting the Books" would start, but nothing happens. I went to Urag to see if I needed to actually talk to him to get the quest, but nope. I even tried using the setstage command to force the quest to start, but evidently that's not how that works.

I also tried reloading an older save, but still broken.

Does anybody know of some way to fix this? I'd be fine with completely skipping the quest, if that's necessary. I just want to progress.
