Question about obtaining the pimpboy 3 billion... : Fallout: New Vegas

If I offed big sal am I pretty much screwed or can I talk to cachino about buying from mick and ralph? I did the omerta quest and cachino and I eliminated big sal and the other omerta guy so what do I do now?

In a nutshell: Side with Cachino and then talk to the guy at the back of the shop and tell him to sell again.

im pretty sure he needs to live. hes the guy you talk to to get them buying weapons again.

but i thought you thought he was iced? he should be in that lower area buy the little weapon storage bunker

Maybe I didn't ice him. I checked upstairs in the one room and big sal and nero are iced, bodies still there. I checked downstairs but couldn't find troike alive or iced...

If you do all steps of that quest, you end up freeing Troike from his contract to Big Sal, so he leaves.

you can however complete the quest without doing that though.

Where does he go though? I completed the omerta quest but I iced big sal and nero. When I go talk to mick and ralph there is no pimpboy dialogue option and its not in their inventory?

I found it to be bugged, if you do it the way the wiki recommends, you should have it, but otherwise you might not get the dialog option with mick to sell to the omertas again.

You can tell Troike to destroy the weapons himself and if you do this he will die. I took this route cause I was lazy and didn't know better at the time.

Okay, so I got the blackmail info and saved Troike... I helped Cochino take over... Went to Mick and Ralph's and still no Pimp Boy. I am totally bummed. I want my Pimp Boy, what do I do?

You can get it if you side with Nero and Big Sal too. You just have to pass a 60 speech check when talking to Sal after you've done his quest, provided you've already talked to Mick about it.

I convinced Troike to go destroy the weapons. He did, and he died. Then I went to Cachino and we went and killed the bosses.
Then I went to Mick and Ralphs and they commented on the Omerta's being dead and I said 'No worries, they'll still buy from you' or something along those lines. Then I was just given the pimpboy 3bil. Didn't have a conversation option for it.
