Well i got pickpocket maxed out, i got EVERY perk in the tree, even those that increas the multiplier thing, but still i found a guy that had a piece of armor wthat i only had 23% chance to steal! It surprized me since i have gotten use to seeing that everything has 90% chance.. So why did this thing have 23%? Is there any way of getting my chances higher?

The chance depends on the weight of said item. I'm guessing it's a heavy armor?

Chances go up when he is asleep. Maybe try then.

Yeah he was asleep! And still 23%!

There's potions to increase the chance of a succesful pickpocket as well.

Yeah but do they add up? I got 100% bonus chance, if i take a potion with 20%, do i have 120% Chance?

Whats the armor type your trying to dip of the mark?
