My own computer doesn't have internet and has FNV installed with the 1.01 patch.
If I'd install/play the game on an internet computer and use my old savegames,
would they work?

And more importantly, if I'd save my game with a 1.02 version of FNV, would the
save still work with a 1.01 version?
