Question about the G.I. Blues side quest : Fallout: New Vegas

I'm playing the G.I. Blues side quest.

I'm at the par where you have to take the quiz to advance the quest. The first two questions aren't a problem. The problem arises with the third question. None of the answers are correct. I've gone through all four and they all return incorrectly.

Can somebody give me the console code to advance the quest? Or does Fallout's G.E.C.K. work with New Vegas?

You can pass a speech check (30) at the door to the NCR store without taking the quiz if you talked to Julie.
