I recently found out that Ma'iq the liar was in previous ES games and i've came across Tolsagg the wanderer(sorry if i messed up the names) a couple times, i think they're really cool characters with some mystery behind them. I was just wondering if there was a quest or more to these characters... or are they NPC's that don't really have significance.

They don't have any quests for them.
