Does anyone know if you will be able to side with all the factions atleast temporarly in 1 playthrough? cause i know you need to be on good terms with a faction to do a certain quest or whatever. or to do a quest/get a achievement i'll have to make another character just to go do a couple quest i cant do becuase i am on good terms with one faction so the other wont accept me or somthing.

Any ideas?

you can side with many different factions but not all of them.

some are contradictry.

the N.C.R and Caesars legion are at war so you cant side with both of them

the powder gangers want to destroy good springs. so you cant side with them both

but you could side with N.C.R and still side with Omerta

you might be able to work with a faction for a while and then leave if you dont like them. but i would say you dont have long after joining to switch or the other faction will hate you.

it cannot all be done in one playthrough

We will be able to join A LOT of factions but I'm sure there are some that you can't join. Some might only have a few profit-giving quests and thats it. All I know is that there is more joinable factions than FO3.

Yeah I sort of figured you wouldnt be able to. Well its okay i guess. I like achievements so I was wondering. Plus my first playthrough im doing hardcoe so I should probly stick to not getting hated as much as possible...

As far as I know you can be friendly with all factions albeit secretly. For example you can't tell everyone at the NCR that your working with Caesar's Legion. You might have to use some sort of disguise because I think I heard something about this in an interview. I really don't see how only one faction will be liking you if you take the Pacifist way through the game.

but how else can you get good with either faction without doing stuff that pisses of the other faction
