You cant VATS a dead body but say if you use the FORE attack in VATS agaist a raider it might remove his/her head ect.

I loved doing that in fallout 3. Sadly, blood went away quickly, not sure if the bodies go away though.

Both, by a bit. First one had the mannequins though.
But, people were doing that back in Oblvion anyways. The pics are quite amazing. Haha.

I'm fine with just plain after death dismebering, like in Fallout 3.
