(This PC Desktop is ￡400 btw, about $650) Is it a good deal?

I also have about ￡30 ($50) to spend upgrading it.

it should run it fine. Just make sure all drivers are updated.

I would not say that computer is worth ￡400. I'm not as familiar with NVidia as I am with AMD/ATi but from my understanding that is a low end card.

That card is comparable to x4xx and x5xx cards of the AMD/ATi brand and those are not really gaming graphics cards.

Please don't spend 650 on that desktop that is a HORRIBLE deal. I could make a desktop that runs skyrim flawlessly on high if not ultra for 600

I didn't know packard bell was still in businesses. Definitely not a company known for quality.
Best option would be to find a boutique company like digital storm. Or even a company like cyberpower. If those aren't an option, amazon or newegg have prebuilt systems from decent vendors.
The great thing about digital storm is that they'll help you plan your system, and they have knowledgeable staff.
