Now seeing we don't have to do it through LIVE and now its through Steam how does it work for downloading the DLCs?I hated that when I downloaded them in order to play them I had to have LIVE on so I asked and found away around having to have LIVE on by moving files BUT I guess my point is will it be the same as Fallout 3 with having to use LIVE to download the addons?If so Im guessing I will have to move the files around like I did for the Fallout 3 DLCs so I won't have to have LIVE on right?!

You buy the DLC through steam.
