So I've never used any mods in any of the fallouts and decided I would play around with some in new vegas. How does one go about adding the mods they've downloaded?

Copy them to your fallout/data folder.
Google is useful.

Reading the readme.txt files that are included in mod downloads 9 times out of 10 is even more useful.

No readme attached to either filed I downloaded and I'm at work so searching is limited, but thanks for the info :rolleyes:
