How is that processor? Is the Video card any good? Would I be able to put a Radeon HD 6870 in it without changing the PSU?

That same PC is on the Dell website for $350. I don't ever recommend buying a PC from QVC.

Oh yeah, and it's not a gaming PC and probably doesn't have a slot for a GPU anyway.
