i have some questions regarding destruction magic...especially runes.

- Can i dual cast runes and will the damage be increased by it?

-Is rune damage not affected by perks? I got the augmented shock perk with my nord mage and all lighting spells have increased damage in their description but not the rune...

- Is damage done by runes splash damage or does it only effect one enemy?
