I took the jury rigging perk and so far it's been very helpfull. But it doesn't seem to work on the holorifle or Incinorater, there're energy wepons aern't they?
Why can't I fix tem using spare laser pistols?

The Holorifle can only be repaired by NPC's (Raul and a guy at the Mojave Outpost have a 100 Repair skill) or by using Weapon Repair Kits.

Edit: You can also craft Weapon Repair Kits yourself

First, Jurry Rigging cross repair is determined by how the weapon is hold, only weapons with same "grip" can cross repair, thats why can repair plasma rifle and gauss rifle with laser RCW, but not laser rifle

Holotrifle's grip is "rifles" so you need to find similar "rifles" like varmint rifle........

Holorifle seems somewhat the same form as the Grenade Launcher, reloads the same, shoots the same way, but shoots different material.

Holorifle is repaired with Holorifles.
