Hi!

I now have two quests that I can't finish because certain things aren't happening:

1) The Silver Hands: I'm to talk to Skjor who will then meet me infront of the catacombs below the Skyforge after dark. However, after speaking to him he simply stays in place. I waited, fast travelled out of Whiterun and walked back in, didnt help, he simply stayed in the Companions club house and didnt move (this is really annoying, I want to get that special "ability" from that mission

2) In My Time of Need: I want to help the Redguard woman in Whiterun and have to talk to free Redguard prisoner by paying his fine. I pay, but he doesnt get released and no one reacts.

In both cases, I waited for quite some time after getting the quest before I actually started dealing with them.

Could that be the reason? If so it is advisable to do quests as soon as you get them...
