altough i dont know the command to become a werewolf

There's not that many quests you have to do, and it's just playing the game. Not like it's work or anything, or you could just use the console.

You get it after 2-3 quests I think. And they're short.

Very short; two are just clearing out two caves really close to Whiterun with the third turning you into a werewolf.

I think it's radiant quest - Dustman's Cairn - radiant quest - Werewolf.

If you ask right people and get lucky radiant quests can be super short. I once got a Hired Muscle quest which required me to beat up Uthgerd the Unbroken in Bannered Mare.

Hircines quest, if you do it the right way (check a wiki or something). Though that doesn't make you a werewolf (100% disease resist wise), just lets you transform.
