Every time I start NV, my quick and auto save slots revert to the first quick/autosaves I ever made right at the beginning of the game. I just lost a couple of hours of progress after a crash because of this.

Is anyone else having this issue/is there a workaround? This isn't amazingly gamebreaking, but is extremely nauseating after a crash where I don't know to pre-emptively write a standard save file.

Also, my normal save numbers reset every time I start the game. Yesterday I saved several times and the last one is #0007, but today I have made two different saves on two different sessions and they are both labeled #0001. (This is all for the same character.) So I now have three #0001 saves. Not a big deal, but thought I'd add that in case it might help in rooting the problem out.

Best option? Disable the cloud, and run in offline mode until it's actually fixed.

I am also getting the save number reset thingie. Very odd. Sometimes I can save three times in a row during the same game session and get three identical save file numbers. e.g., #0005 three times in a row. Annoying, among the other bugs of course.
