One of the things I miss the most from TES is the quick cast button, because I hate having to sheathe a two-handed weapon just to cast a single spell.

I'm surprised we still haven't seen a mod for this. I presume it can't be done?

I dont think it will be possible until SKSE ages a bit.

You could try opening the Construction Kit, and making a Dragon Shout that heals you, or whatever you need it to do. I imagine that would be pretty easy to do.
