Firstly, is the NDA lifted today like it does for most full video game releases?

Don't think I can answer the last one. Even if you were in the beta, to descusit here would be in violation of the aformentioned agreement. It is, after all, DLC info that was not released by a Beth member...

The NDA doesn't officially lift until after Gstaff makes the official "Dawnguard is now live" announcement tomorrow, Tuesday June 26th.
You'll find out if there are or are not any changes to the scaling tomorrow.

It's sounding like there is some slight difference in scaling. I'm trying to get my character to level 50 before the DLC so that she can find the best versions of the new gear.

Because that's what I said. I just don't want to waste items by getting lower leveled versions of them, so I want to be the maximum level that it scales to. If the NDA were lifted, I could find out even if nobody on here knew. That's why I asked.
