Quick question about ordering the game : Othor Games

I have looked around a little bit but I can't find what i'm looking for. If someone could link me or just tell me here, that would help a lot, thanks.

What are the different "versions" I can get? Would I benefit from pre-ordering? From where? When is the deadline for pre-ordering?
