Radiant quest is nice idea, but not well implemented

Post » Tue May 29, 2012 7:53 pm

Few weeks was past after I completed Companion quest -
Spoiler

"The Silver Hand", I received a radiant bounty quest which required me to kill the bandit leader in Gallow Rocks.

Before I enter Gallow Rocks, I encounter 2 silver hand member, that is when I start to feel something wrong.

At the moment I reached the last room, I was like "WTF!?"

The bandit leader is "Krev the Skinner" :shocking:

Didn't I killed you long time ago?

I might be wrong, but I'm worry that radiant quest will cause more trouble than just breaking our immersion. It might trigger bug which prevent us from proceeding certain important quest. I hope Bethesda put more concern into this matter.

I've seen a few of these... Also some radiant quests point you back to cleared dungeons which isn't much fun. Thought Radiant would point me to uncleared dungeons, but maybe that's just me being hopeful when I read about it.

Didn't stop me from playing 110 hours (and counting) of skyrim though

Already had a wierd one, a radiant quest for the enchanter at the College sent me to pick up an item from one of the crew members on the Red Wave (?) in Solitude's port, problem is none of these guys can actually initiate a conversation beyond telling you you're trespassing :brokencomputer:

I HATE when quests go after you. I don't want my quest page in the menu cluttered with quests I won't never, ever do!

Each time I see someone running towards me (Fugitive, Escaped prisoner, Couriers, etc...) arrows start flying towards them.
Keep your dirty useless quests to yourself, chump!

You will not know during the first run unless you read wiki or spoiler.

Damn "The House of Horror" quest!
