I found I really enjoyed the civil war play. I wish after the war you could go up and talk to the relevant AI and they'd tell you the Stormcloaks or Imperials have assembled a small war-band and intend to try and take a fort. Like companion quests. IMHO, it'd be awesome.

that's what i want battles after the war. i stayed in for a while before going into the castle, killing imperials >:-D and i had called during the battle so it was bloody

I really wish we had that as well.
