Does anyone know what updates the Radiant AI's quest availability besides leveling up? There are some Radiant quests that I want to complete but I am at 81. One character in particular in Riften requires the Radiant AI to update before she gives you her follower quest.

I also wanted to ask if Arniel's Endeavor needs a Radiant update to work as well, and if there were any others that need one.

I guess there's nothing since the Wolf Queen quest won't trigger after 81, correct?
