As far a consoles go these two games are the big guns graphically so far, I think we have seen enough of BF3 to get a good idea of its graphics...

Personally while crysis 2 and Battlefield have the "photo realistic" look, I think its more creative and imaginative to go with a stylised realism like Killzone 3 and Rage....

what do you guys prefer?

Do you become impressed when game developers are able to get things looking so photo realistic or are you more impressed with styled games like Rage and Killzone?

BF3 isnt even out yet, cannot speculate anything. Videos don't count, you have to wait till it is released to see its potential since the beta also doesnt have all graphics options.

But yeah, id games do look a facky, specially the gun model on the artistic background reminds me of an object in front of a movie screen...
