No, they were a pre-order bonus.

So basically, there is no possible way to get them? Not even in future?

Sorry but, pre order bonuses such as Double Barrell Shotgun & Fists of Rage feels like part of the game, rather than Pre-Order bonuses. I'm not buying it, no matter how cheap it gets, unless Bethesda decides to explain this whole fiasco.

Meh seriously, I was so tempted to buy it but, not gonna bother if they are pulling cheap advertising tricks on me such as this,

G2play.com has anarchy edition, but I don't trust sites like that, plus it's too expensive compared to steam price.

If Steam is too expensive, then take a look at Amazon UK.
If you buy it there (like I did), they send you a physical copy that you install to steam.
It's pretty cheap, but it won't come instantly as they will have to mail it to you.

Normal Edition:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Bethesda-RAGE-PC-DVD/dp/B004DCAP7E/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1324498401&sr=8-3%22%5DRage
Price: 15 £ = 18 € = 23.5$

Anarchy Edition:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Rage-Anarchy-Edition-PC-DVD/dp/B00519PODS/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1324498401&sr=8-6%22%5DRage
Price: 15.8 £ = 19 € = 24.8$

The physical copy will install to your Steam account. The codes that you will get with the game for the Anarchy DLC and the Sewers DLC will be within the game box.

I did not say Steam is expensive, I said G2play is expensive compared to Steam. Also I'm not in UK, I know they can send international but I really really don't want to pay a visit customs house, which I experienced alot with international ebay sales.

Edit: Geez I know it's Steamworks, and that's not the point.

To be honest, I seldom if ever used the extra stuff. The only thing I really used was the armor.

The weapons are ridiculously powerful and the game is too easy to beat even on nightmare level. I'd be more concerned about the sewers being included then a few extra weapons.

I'm more concerned about the fact that how I can't buy a complete version of the game after months of release.

And I know many people who are holding back because of the uncertainity over pre-order items, Bethesda doesn't respond on that to my mails and tweets, who am I supposed to ask this about? John Carmack? I'd rather not ask a developer about the pre order bonuses, no thanks.

The previously mentioned possibilities seem to be your only available options.

If you can't find a physical copy of the anarchy edition in your local store, there doesn't seem to be any way for you to get the bonus stuff if you still find that taking a trip to the post office will be too much of a hassle to be worth it.

They only send Video Games within Europe. Not everyone lives in Europe, you know.
