Ok so I pre ordered the game because every gamestop in my state is maxed out as well as walmarts and kmarts, I decided to preorder the game on steam so I have it forever even if I uninstall it.

So I have the game purchased pre order for the bonus stuff as well but Steam has not released pre install feature. I know other games like dungeon siege 3 had that feature

will there be a pre install before official launch I know this game might be around 10-15GB download just by all the cool features and graphics as well as 15 hours of FPS is a lot for a FPS.

I'm really wanting to pre install before it starts.

A lot of games won't pre-load until only a day or two before. Limits the amount of time files are sitting around waiting to be hacked and distributed I guess.

If they do allow pre-loading, it'll be a couple of days before. There's still a couple of week till release.

Well I heard the retail disk ships with texture pack which I heard could be over 100GB of space on the hard drive game and all if the steam download is 100 GB it will take forever.

Just curious what you mean when you say the GameStops and WalMarts in your area are 'maxed-out'. Never heard that term...

What does that mean they are 'maxed-out'? They can take no more pre-orders for the disk based copy of the game or something?
