Anyone else here tired of getting the black crash screen of death when you try to load the Strip? Nice that only half the missions in the later part of the main quest start here and this [snip] happens every time I go through the North Gate without a working monorail. Now I have to start over and hope this corruption doesn't happen again. I'm thinking gamesas's QA department needs to be drawn and quartered by Deathclaws, and that's being merciful.

It was Obsidian.

Not Bethesda. Beth just published it, they're less culpable.

Bethesda are the ones who refused to push it back for bugtesting. Further, the Bethesda QA people worked with the Obsidian ones. You can check the credits if you'd like.

Well, since i've stopped using steam to load my game, and just use the .exe (for which i disabled DEP) in the NV folder (as admin ofc), i've been having this strange thing unknown to NV.. a "zero-crash" playthrough. Imagine that.. :x

If you read his comment then you would have noticed the term "PS3", which is the system we were referring to. The PC version is actually more buggier then the 360 version but they can just use commands to overcome them. I do not appreciate being called something in a derogatory way, sir.

Not true. They (unfortunately) always care about the Xbox 360 version the most, ever since Oblivion came out.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that got a Harrison Ford vibe from how Killian looks. ;)

Of course, he was my favorite talking head from FO1, Harold was a close 2nd. I miss Charlie Adler, too bad Tom Kenny killed him and stole his power to get where he is today... :(

That will wipe right off when your console craps itself one day, leaving you no option but to call Microsoft. ;)

Aradesh was great, too. And of course, you can't forget The Master.

# of new X-Box 360's per owner replaced on warranty for Red Screen of Death (Avg): 1.5
# of average PS3 software or hardware issues: 0

I WIN!

Just kind of pissed that Fallout is the only game franchise that could penetrate the PS3's bullet-proof programming... >X(

Candy can't make you hyper. It's a placebo effect. The "sugar high" is a myth.

Speaking of Harrison Ford. Sawyer and Uruquart gave a nice nod to Blade Runner with the .223 pistol and That Gun. It was Richard Decker's rifle-caliber droid killer.

Yes. That Gun is among my favorites in the pistol weapons.

I play on a PS3, and I havent had many problems lately. Every time I see a deathclaw fall from the sky, or a radscorpion stuck halfway in the ground, I think "well there's one I won't have to fight." haha.

I've never had this happen.

So no.

I have had several crashes, but nothing really game breaking, just annoying.
