Ralof and Hadvar

Anyone else wish those 2 had a bigger role in the world after the civil war? They could've at least made them followers...

Not really, I actually forgot about those two since Helgen.

I kinda did, I don't know what or where Hadvar goes if finish the war for the Legion, maybe back to Riverwood?
Spoiler
That's apparently what Ralof does, on this playthrough I was actually a little ticked at him because I was doing other quests simultaneously in order to make it seem like all my "business" with the Thalmor in Haafingar was part of the CW stuff there. So I was in and out of the inn in Riverwood a lot. The first few CW quests, Ralof was involved in - but at some point he showed up back at home and he'd just be sitting in the inn (still in uniform) drinking away and, if I talked to him, complaining about how long he'd been away from home fighting the war. And I'd be like, uh, dude, YOU'RE AT HOME RIGHT NOW having a drink and a song while I'm actually out there fighting the war and a bunch of other stuff, so don't even go there.

Where does Hadvar go if you follow him through the Helgen "baby's-first-dungeon"? Surely you don't follow his Imperial Butt all the way to Solitude?

Is it possible that he heads off to the nearest Imperial Camp? I've never followed him, so I'm kind of interested...

After the war, whichever one was on the winning side...

Spoiler
shows up at the Sleeping Giant, seemingly depressed and miserable. Ralof even told me once, "I doubt Galmar even knows my damned name. But then, I'm not the Dragonborn." Then he just got surly and wouldn't talk to me. Hadvar is pretty much the same way, but he's never said that to me.

It's kinda sad.

I would've liked either of them to play a bigger part in not only the CW quests, but also the Main Quest.
Like you'd run into them and they'd be like "hey lol u waz in Helgen. Wat wuz dat dragun doin?" and youd be like "Oh well it turns out im the the dovahkiin and that was alduin and i have to stop him. Wanna help?" and theyd be like "OMTalos lmao yes yolo" and then you'd get on Odahviing and go to Skuldafan with eachother.

It would be nice if there was more to these two after Helgen. After escorting the player to Riverwood, they're easily forgotten.

Having them as followers would have been a nice option.

Yes, much to their surprise, that "Nord in rags" turned out to be the Dovahkiin and saved them all from Alduin. Who knew? Good thing they weren't beheaded...

I kinda like them, I don't know why they always seem to be on the same mission as you though.

It's because you aren't all that popular with your superiors in either side of the Civil War, and Hadvar/Ralof got relegated to running Remedial Missions...

I would have liked them to be followers and maybe get more recognition after the questline was over. I would also like to be able to talk normally to them.
