What can be going on?! I'm trying all I can but no efforts to make random dragons spawn. I have only unrelenting force and wihrlwind sprint.. no dragon souls. ??

I wish I had your game. Everywhere I travel I have to fight some stupid dragon and carry its heavy ass bones back to Whiterun.

With every character, I see less.

First has a ton.

Second has a few.

Third is where you go to capture Ohdaviing, and I don't remember any randoms. Sahlokniir, and a few other I caught Alduin raising. That's it.

Well actually the Nord I'm playing on now seemed to never meet any random dragons, the ones at the Dragon Shrines didn't respawn either, but recently a lot of them started appearing, I'm guessing you just have a fit of bad luck.

You can have my dragons. I still have them in pairs after the main quest. I have to fight my way through seven or eight corpses just to get to my quarters at the college. I will never play the main quest again.

In pairs?!! Never ever have seen that.

The pairs are usually an Ancient or Elder Dragon and a Frost Dragon for some reason. http://img819.imageshack.us/img819/9396/screenshot44fw.jpg actually fought each other in the skies which was pretty entertaining.
