So I started a new character in skyrim and i have about 35 hours of game time and in the MQ I am about half way done. I have not bin attacked by a random dragon once in the game. I have about 12 shout parts that i can not complete. Does anyone know is there a way to fix this problem? I have uninstalled the updates and reinstalled them twice now. since the last time I did that I have seen one random dragon. When I went to attacked the dragon it just went up in the air and circled me and did not attack. I need help any ideas?

This seems to be a pretty common problem and as far as I know there is no way to solve it. Random dragons seem to only appear immediately after fast traveling or after exiting a cave/dungeon. To solve your lack of souls problem I suggest revisiting each dragon lair because they are set to spawn there indefinitely. After clearing out each one, wait for about an in-game week and they should have all respawned again. Also, if you've been to Blackreach and haven't already done so, you can return there and cause a dragon to appear by using Fus Ro Dah on the big, glowing, yellow thing on the ceiling.
