A naked Nord runs up to you (naked in Skyrim's sense, nothing naughty), grumbles to you about a witch taking all his clothes, and asks you to help him kill the witch and get his things back. You can say yes or no, but don't expect the Nord to take no for an answer.

You then follow him to the witch, who is hostile, you kill her, the Nord says thanks, and you go on with your quest.

I really wish a random encounter like that existed in this game. It would have brought back a lot of memories.

Ommamar: Having played the game for 240 hours and almost never fast-traveling outside of the once-in-a-blue-moon carriage trip, I think it is pretty safe to say this one is not there.
