The game was running fine last night at 55-60 fps. When I ran the game this morning I noticed a major framerate drop. It went from a 60 to 25 FPS. So I changed all graphics settings as low as possible and only got a 5 FPS boost. I tried deactivating all mods and tried playing again and framerate didn't even move. Framerate also doesn't change when I reinstalled the game. So I looked up some answers on google and the forums and tried some possible solutions but didn't really fix the problem.

i7-3610QM 2.30 GHz
12 GB Ram
Windows 7 64-bit
Nvidia 650M

When does the frame rate drop happen?

It works fine when I boot up the game but framerate drops when I load my last save. My frame rate is stuck at 20-25 FPS.
