hey guys, just loaded my game today and dispite it working totally fine yesterday all of a sudden now every character in the game is stood still like a stickman with no walking/run/jump/fight/equip/uneuip animations. ive tried restoring my skyrim folder to a number of different days because i thought it may have been a mod i added last night, but still nothing. any ideas?

It's probably a mod.

like i said ive removed all the latest mods i installed because i stopped playing then installed a few and didnt play it again till today, removing those mods didnt work and ive also restored my data folder to what it was like a week ago now even tho it was working perfectly on saturday, so i dunno what it is tbh

Remove all mods, regardless of when you installed them. Then test the game again.

ok, removed every mod i had.. still exactly the same situation :/
