has anyone else encountered random orcs on the road that as soon as they spot you run up and start trying to punch you in the face? the other day i was minding my own buiseness exlporing the mountains near stendarr's beacon way down in the south east corner of skyrim and ended up on the edge of the game on a road that went under a wooden outpost kinda thing. so i turned around and started heading down the road and saw an orc standing next to a horse and didnt think much of it. when i got closer the orc charged at me and started punching me so thinking it was some kind of random side event thing like the orc that wants an honorable death i put away my weapons and started punching them back. after about 5 minutes the lady orc was dead and nothing happened... she had a bunch of mead and ale on them so i guess they were just really drunk... about 5 or 10 minutes later when i got near broken helm hallow another half naked orc came out of no where and started trying to punch me... this time i just used unreleanting force and knocked them off the side of the mountain...

Maybe it was one of those orcs from their "strongholds." Chances are you pissed one of them off earlier? I don't know.

I meet Orcs on the road all the time. I've even had them show up in some Inns. They always open with a dialogue calling me a "Milk Drinker" and ends up with them lying in a pool of their own blood afterwards.

I was invited to one of the Orc strongholds after a quest but never went. Maybe if you don't visit the stronghold that you've been invited to they take it as an insult and want to beat you up?

No, there's Redguards and Nords that do the same. Same dialog and all.

Same end result too. One day they'll figure out there's less painful ways to commit suicide.
