My game suddenly starts stuttering every minute intervals, and its quite annoying. I understand people are experiencing CTD after the patch, but I've been pretty smooth until now...

The first signs of the stutter started when I entered Aftland and Blackreach for the mainquests. Now everywhere I go, I stutter....weird thing is, previous saves from 3 levels prior, experience absolutely none, even with heavy mods installed, graphics tweaked, everything ran great. It's only my saves DURING and AFTER entering Aftland....help pls
