random werewolf encounter? true or not? : V - Skyrim

Well tonight I guess I'll have to spend some time in the wilds. Werewolf hunting. :smile:

I just want to have one. Best to try day or night?

Night time, I have not seen any reports of werewolf encounters during the day. :smile:

Does it matter what state the moon are in? (only happen on fullmoon for example)

went out exploring after dark in the Falkreath area. Out of everything I was expecting to find I came across two stormcloak soldiers haha. Which is weird cause I haven't seen them since I completed the Civil War quest siding against them and killing everyone in the stormcloak camps including the generals (thanks to a mod)
