After talking to Ranger Andy in Novac to learn the Ranger Takedown, the game:

a ) the whole thing just locks up, not a full crash. have to tab out and end process

or

b ) can no longer interact with Andy - it does a brief pause like it is starting the dialogue, but then backs right back out.
