Hi there,

Every time i try to speak to Ranger Grant he tells me that he's busy preparing for the presidential visit then he says "bye" in a radio voice and my only option in dialogue is to say "goodbye".

I cant complete the quest, I'm running xp and the fixes on the internet all seem to refer to the xbox "console mode" where people are typing commands into the game like "enable" etc. I've seen this work on you tube for the Xbox, is there a way I can do this on PC or is there another fix?

I've tried waiting several days I'm not wearing legion clothes or anything and I'm well liked with the NCR. I hav'nt run the other questline with the legion at all and i have not progressed with "Yes Man"

no, they are all in the visitors centre, I've had a good look around, cant find the blood people have mentioned or the missing engineer or anything like that.

does anyone know why i'm not getting dialogue options with ranger Grant??

just to point out, I have only done the NCR main quests so I'm not just being an idiot, having spent ages building an NCR char I'm pretty dismayed to find that its glitched!

I have received the warning that if i proceed further with yes man then the NCR wont speak to me, but from then on I stayed away from yes man and then started this quest. i am idolized by the NCR and have done all the other NCR quests i can find, is there something else I have to do??
